La Taberna del Pintxo intends to embody a new concept in the restaurant industry, based on the preparation of cold and warm pintxos. Cold pintxos may be personally chosen by the client, just by approaching the bar of the premises, while warm ones will be presented to the tables and clients in a dynamic and friendly way by the waiting staff.
La Taberna del Pintxo’s cuisine is a fusion of the main features of the cuisines from the north and south of Spain through top-quality ingredients. The menu includes – in addition to a wide selection of pintxos – stews, specials, homemade desserts, as well as a large offer of the best Spanish wines.
The success of this project has reached such heights that it has led its creators to envisage the expansion of La Taberna del Pintxo under the system of franchises. Initially, the expansion project focuses on the area of influence; in particular, Andalusia and, more specifically, the Costa del Sol, although the whole national territory would be targeted in the long-term.
For such purposes, the aim is that of forming a work and human team that is fully involved in the company; a team that strives to reach high standards in the restaurant industry, that cares for each detail in order to offer the best attention and product to the client.
